How does it work?

I will help with your search on finding the perfect place for your new life in Albania from start to finish

As soon as we start working together I will open several groups with my trusted real-estate agents and start sending you options on your requirements. We will help you find what you’re really looking for. We will chat and discuss what your future home looks like and we will share tips, advice and suggestions relating to the local prices, the neighborhoods and the areas where you might want to live.   

Is it for you?

If you’re really looking to come and live here in the (near and far) future and have most of the things sorted out, this one's for you. 

Let’s say you have friends who live here and they will help with the residency, the permits and everything. Or you know someone who is a lawyer or an accountant or someone who does this for a living. In that case, this package is for you, since house-hunting is known to be an extremely difficult enterprise, especially in a foreign country and especially in Albania. Also the knowledge you’ll gain from our discussions will help you in the future when you establish here. 

If you have nothing sorted out, apart from the desire that you want to leave the place you’re living in right now and move to Albania, then my suggestion is package 2.

How does it work?

-When you sign up for package 2 we will get in touch with the lawyer who will help you with your case. At first it will work the same as with package 1 - we will get in a Whatsapp group chat and there the lawyer will ask for all the information that is needed to make this relocation possible. From there we will work our way from start to finish, one process and document at a time.

You will get full-spectrum guidance. We will help you with your move through all the technicalities and trivialities. I will also make sure that you get all the information that you need to have a smooth relocation, through formal AND non-formal instructions.
