This walking tour is the perfect way to experience the city's culture, history, and local charm in just three hours.

The itinerary:

We'll begin our journey in the bustling Tirana’s center, the Skanderbeg square, where we will see four different influences in architecture and culture in one square.

From there, we'll make our way to the Castle of Tirana and Pedonalja, the city's pedestrian boulevard, where we'll stop for a coffee break at one of the local cafes. You'll have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the atmosphere while I share with you some fascinating facts and stories about Tirana and Albania.

Next, we'll take a walk down the main Boulevard, where you'll see some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the Pyramid, the Checkpoint, and the Governmental buildings. You'll also learn about the city's unique architectural style, which blends Ottoman, Italian, and Soviet influences with modern architecture and pop-art graffiti to create a unique urban landscape.

Our next stop will be the colorful and trendy Blloku area, known for its funky buildings and lively atmosphere. Here, we'll have the chance to see the famous Enver Hoxha House, the former residence of the communist dictator.

Finally, we'll end our tour with a delicious traditional Albanian meal at one of the best local restaurants in the heart of Blloku. You'll have the chance to try some of the country's most famous dishes and get a taste of the local cuisine.

Throughout this experience, I'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer advice on how to make the most of your time in Albania. You'll learn how locals have fun and more about the best places to eat, drink, and socialize, and I'll help you avoid any common tourist traps or scams that you might encounter during your stay in Albania.

1️⃣ 'The Communist Tour' which foreigners absolutely love.

It is based mostly on the dark Communist era in Albania (45'-91'). Even if you don't book me as your guide, I urge you - especially if you are from the West and haven't experienced something similar in your country - to visit the contents of this tour because it's fascinating. You will learn more about the history of dictatorship here and why Albania is the way it is today. 

2️⃣ 'The Nightlife Tour', which is more like a having-fun kind of thing, but with local knowledge of where the (real) fun is and without the tourist/traveler scams.
